How It Works
Certification Process
Apply. Submit your program details and preferred timeline.
Discovery Call. Clarify goals, scope, and documentation.
Readiness Audit. Environment & baseline observations.
Teacher Training. Complete required STEAM modules & practice labs.
Lesson Plans. Submit 4–6 plans per grade band using Meliora templates.
Observations. Implementation observations using the Meliora STEAM Rubric.
Evidence Portfolio. Upload artifacts (photos, work samples, family comms).
Review & Decision. Panel issues Candidate/Provisional/Certified/Exemplary.
Seal & Renewal. Marketing assets & light annual renewal.

Core Requirements
- At least 60% of lead teachers complete Meliora STEAM Training (100% for Exemplary)
- Each classroom implements 2+ STEAM investigations/month with documentation
- Dedicated STEAM area with safe materials and child‑led inquiry routines
- Visible design process (Ask‑Imagine‑Plan‑Create‑Improve)
- Family engagement: at least 2 STEAM family events/year
- Safety protocols for age‑appropriate tools & supervision
